Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Dravic, we are committed to providing premium-quality apparel and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and cancellations may be processed.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@dravic.shop.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

  1. You receive a damaged or defective product
  2. You receive the wrong product or incorrect size, different from what was ordered
  3. Product received is missing items from a combo order

To process a refund request:

  • Share clear unboxing video and photos showing the issue
  • Submit a complaint within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise the request will not be accepted

Once the request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days to the original payment mode.

Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange if:

  • The size doesn’t fit
  • You want to replace the product with a different size of the same design

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging
  • Reverse pickup availability depends on pincode availability
  • Exchange shipping cost may apply

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale / discounted items
  • Custom printed or limited edition items
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Reverse Pickup & Refund Process

  • If eligible, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if supported by courier)
  • In some locations, the customer may need to ship the product back manually
  • Once the product passes quality check, refund or exchange will be processed

No Refund will be issued if:

  • Product is returned without original packaging, tag, invoice
  • Product is washed, worn, or damaged by customer
  • Complaint is registered after 24 hours of delivery
