At Dravic, we aim to deliver your orders accurately and on time. The following terms apply to all shipments.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed in 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Delivery Time
Shipping typically takes:
- 3–7 working days for metro cities
- 5–10 working days for non-metro & remote locations
Shipping Charges
- Standard delivery fee: ₹60
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
Tracking Information
Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/email/WhatsApp tracking link to monitor your order.
Delivery Attempts
If the courier partner is unable to deliver the package due to unreachable customer or incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.
Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Natural events, courier disruptions, strikes, festive rush, etc.
